I do it this way all the time . . . well, whenever I unload it. Isn't bending the knees good?
ReplyDeleteIf you bend your knees AND keep your spine straight, it is safe. To keep the spine straight, you have to bend from the hips and keep the back arched. It is not very easy or comfortable.
